Taronja - Contemporary Table Lamp

Taronja- handmade contemporary table lamp

The Taronja table lamp is a fruit of collaboration between Crea-Re and designer Manex Bilbao. Handcrafted in Barcelona, its sculptural form and warm glow make it a contemporary accent for a side table, desk, or bedside.

The shape of this side table lamp is inspired by the texture of an orange. As Manex explains, the project grew from the relationship between the orange tree that bears the fruit and the lamp's own material, whose origin also lies in the tree. So its lines and shapes follow organic, natural profiles, similar to a tree, with its crown and trunk, and the texture of an orange peel, captured in the handmade surface.

Material

Handcrafted in Barcelona from recycled cellulose fiber, water-based cellulosic glue and natural earth pigments. Every component, and the lamp-forming process itself, is environmentally friendly and ecological. The table lamp is also lightweight yet durable and finished with a protection layer against humidity.
